Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

statements-in-chief of the I.O. has been recorded by the

trial court, however, his cross examination has not been

completed till date and the next date for the same is

fixed as 18th and 19th of March, 2021.

In such circumstances, I deem it appropriate to

dismiss this second bail application with liberty to the

petitioner to file a fresh bail application before the trial

court after completion of evidence of the I.O.

Accordingly, this second bail application is dismissed

with the aforesaid liberty.
