Respondents No.2,3 & 6, who are officers of the Mining

Department have not been served, whereas, respondents No. 4 &

5 also officers of the Mining Department have been served.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the appellant may serve

a copy of the appeal alongwith judgment of the trial court to

learned counsel Mr. D.S. Jasol, who may complete his instructions

in the matter.

Requirement of service on respondent No.1 is dispensed

with.

Issue fresh notice to respondent No.7.

Office is directed to reflect the name of Mr. D.S. Jasol as

counsel appearing for the respondent in the cause list.
