It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that

though both the appeals were decided together by the Appellate

Court, despite the facts and allegations of the cross suits being

identical, while the appeal in relation to appellant's patta has been

dismissed upholding the judgment of the trial court, whereby, the

patta granted to the appellant has been cancelled, the appeal filed

by the appellant against the judgment of the trial court where

patta issued in identical circumstances, the suit was dismissed,

has been rejected.

In view of the submissions made, issue notice of the appeals,

returnable within a period of four weeks.

Notices when issued be given 'dasti' to learned counsel for

the appellant.

In the meanwhile and till further orders, status quo, as it

exists today, qua the patta in question in SBCSA No.2/2021, shall

be maintained by the parties.
