A letter dated 04.02.2021 has been received from the

Additional District & Session Judge, No.1, Sri Ganganagar

informing that accused appellant did not appear before the trial

court in the month of January, 2020 and 2021 in compliance of

the directions issued by this Court.

Learned counsel for the appellant assures this Court that the

accused-appellant shall appear before the trial court on the date

as fixed by this Court.

In view of assurance given by the counsel for the appellant,

the accused-appellant is directed to appear before the trial court

on or before 25.03.2021.
