After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

he does not want to press this criminal misc. bail application,

however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to surrender before the

trial court.

Accordingly, this criminal misc. bail application preferred by

the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not

pressed with the liberty as prayed for.

However, in the event, the petitioners surrender before the

trial court and move a regular bail applications, it is expected that

the trial court will decide the same expeditiously.
