     In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being

taken while hearing the matters in Court.

     Learned counsel for the petitioners has shown the following

order passed by this Hon'ble Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.13897/2019 (Dungar Ram & Ors. Vs. Board of Revenue, Ajmer

& Ors.) on 19.09.2019:


           "Assailing the order dated 25.01.2019, passed by
     the Board of Revenue, Ajmer, Mr. Anil Kumar, learned
     counsel for the petitioners submits that the said order
     has been passed in furtherance of the reference made by

                                        Deputy      Commissioner(Colonisation),                   which    is
                                        impermissible in law particularly in light of Division
                                        Bench judgment of this Court in Ramzan Khan Vs. State
                                        of Rajasthan in DB Special Appeal No.789/2003, decided
                                        on 02.03.2007.
                                              Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application,
                                        returnable within six weeks.
                                              Meanwhile, effect and operation of the order
                                        dated25.01.2019 (Annex.7) passed by Board of Revenue,
                                        Ajmer shall remain stayed."

                                        Issue notice to the respondents.

                                        In the meanwhile, status quo, as it exists today, regarding

                                   the land in question, shall be maintained by the parties.
