                               Judgment

1. The petitioners, having degree of B.Sc. (Home Science), are

seeking right of consideration to compete the REET - 2021

Examination.

2. Apparently, the controversy involved in the present writ

petition has already been decided by the Coordinate Bench of this

Court in the case of Vidya Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SB Civil

Writ Petition No.13425/2018), decided on 27.05.2019, wherein

this Court has observed thus :

"A perusal of the advertisement (Annex.3) indicates the following eligibility requirements for the post of Teacher Gr.III (Level-II):-

lkekftd v/;;u ds v/;kid ds fy, vH;FkhZ dks oSdfYid fo"k; ds :i esa bfrgkl] Hkwxksy] vFkZ'kkL=] jktuhfr'kkL=] lekt'kkL=] yksdiz'kklu vkSj n'kZu'kkL= esa ls de ls de ,d fo"k; ds lkFk Lukrd ;k lerqY; ijh{kk mRrh.kZ fd;k gqvk gksuk pkfg, vkSj vkosfnr fo"k; lfgr [email protected] 60 izfr'kr vadksa ds lkFk mRrh.kZ fd;k gqvk gksuk pkfg,A It is fairly admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had not studied any of the subjects indicated in the eligibility requirement i.e. History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Social Science, Public Administration and Philosophy during her graduation / post graduation. In view of the above, the petitioner being ineligible on account of the requirements indicated in the advertisement, which are in consonance with the Rule 266 of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996, no case for interference is made out. There is no substance in the writ petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed."

3. Following the judgment aforesaid in the case of Vidya

(supra), the present writ petition is also dismissed.

4. Stay application too stands dismissed accordingly.
