Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the earlier

bail application of the petitioner was dismissed on 20.09.2019 while

granting liberty to file fresh bail application before the trial court after

completion of evidence of Investigating Officer.

It is noticed that the evidence of Investigating Officer has not

been completed.

Hence, I am not inclined to entertain this bail application at this

stage, however, the petitioner is free to move fresh bail application

before the trial court after completion of evidence of the Investigating

Officer.

Accordingly, the criminal misc. bail application preferred by the

petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed at this stage.
