Counsel for the petitioners has made a limited prayer that

the revenue suit is pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer,

Loonkaransar, District Bikaner since 2014. A direction may be

issued to SDO, Loonkaransar to decide the said revenue suit

expeditiously.

Counsel for the respondents is in agreement with the prayer

made by the counsel for the petitioners.

In view of limited prayer made, the present writ petition is

disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.3 Sub-

Divisional Officer, Loonkaransar, District Bikaner to decide the

revenue suit pending before him since 2014 after hearing both the

parties, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of

certified copy of this order.

Stay application is also decided.
