Defect No.1 pointed out by the Registry is removed by the
learned counsel for the appellant with the permission of the Court.
This appeal directed against the judgment dated 12.02.2019
passed by the Family Court No.2, Jodhpur in Civil Misc. Case
No.120/2012 (207/2007) dismissing petition preferred by the
appellant under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is
reported to be barred by limitation for seven days.
It is noticed that the limitation is counted by the Registry
taking into consideration the limitation as thirty days, whereas in
view of order dated 06.11.2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of
this Court (at Jaipur Bench) in DBCMA No.4589/2019- Kuldeep
Yadav Vs. Anita Yadav, the limitation for appeal against the
judgment and decree passed by the Family Court is required to be
treated as ninety days.

In this view of the matter, the appeal is treated within
limitation.
