The matter comes up on an application (1/2020) preferred

on behalf of appellant for seeking amendment in the memo of

appeal.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that

inadvertently the appellant has preferred the appeal challenging

the judgment dated 12.09.2019 passed by the Family Court,

Hanumangarh in two separate proceedings under Section 13 of

the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and another under Section 9 of the

Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the

present appeal may be treated to be appeal against the judgment

passed in the proceedings under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage

Act, 1955.

Ordered accordingly. The application (1/2020) is allowed.

The amended appeal already filed is taken on record.
