Counsel for the petitioner submits that in a writ petition relating to similar controversy i.e. SBCWP No.15096/2018 Labh Singh & Ors. Vs. State & Anr. decided on 26.10.2018 this Court issued direction to the Tehsildar to look into the grievances of the petitioners and pass appropriate order thereupon.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application (Annx-9) dated 26.02.2020 is still pending before the Tehsildar (Revenue), Sriganganagar for mutation of the land in question, therefore the Tehsildar may be directed to expeditiously decide the said application.

Considering the overall facts as available on record, the Tehsildar (Revenue), Sriganganagar is directed to look into the petitioner's grievances and pass appropriate order thereupon within a period of three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
