With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the

matter is heard and disposed of finally.

The present appeal has been filed against the Judgment and

Award dated 11.09.2012 passed by the Motor Accident Claims

Tribunal, Jaitaran, District Pali in MACT Claim Case No. 23/2010,

whereby the learned Tribunal awarded a sum of Rs. 2,25,000/- to

the appellants-claimants.

Learned counsel for the parties pray that the present appeal

may be disposed of in the spirit of Lok Adalat.

Learned counsel for the respondent - Insurance Company

has proposed a lump-sum amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- in addition to

the amount awarded by the Tribunal vide Judgment and Award

dated 11.09.2012 to be paid to the appellants-claimants for the

full and final settlement of the claim in this case.

The proposal given by the learned counsel for the Insurance

Company is gracefully accepted by the counsel for the appellants.

In the circumstances, the instant misc. appeal is disposed of

with a direction to the respondent - Insurance Company to pay an

amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- in addition to the award already

awarded by the Tribunal to the claimants-appellants within a

period of six weeks from today.
