Learned counsel for the petitioners appearing through video

calling stated that he does not want to press the present bail

application filed on behalf of the accused-petitioners under Section

439 Cr.P.C., however, seeks liberty for the accused-petitioners to

file a fresh bail application after recording the statement of

Seizure Officer as well as Investigating Officer.

Accordingly, in view of the above submissions, the present

bail application filed on behalf of the accused-petitioners under

Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as

prayed for.
