02/02/2021 Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record the factual report of the IO which indicates that the main accused being the complainant's husband Shramit Tak @ Sumit Tak committed suicide on 17/18.11.2020. So far as the petitioners are concerned, a negative final report has already been submitted in the court concerned on 19.01.2021.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration of this Court in these pre-arrest bail applications, which are disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
