A limited prayer has been made by the counsel for the

petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to file a

representation ventilating her grievances before the respondent

Nos.2 & 3 and the respondent Nos.2 & 3 may be directed to

decide the said representation at an early date.

In view of limited prayer made, the present writ petition is

disposed of with the direction to the respondent Nos.2 & 3 that if

the petitioner files a representation before them ventilating her

grievances within a period of one week from today, then they shall

consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a

period of two weeks from the date of its receipt.

Stay application is also decided.
