By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has made a limited prayer that the matter is pending before the Rent Tribunal, Jodhpur for last one year and three months, so a direction may be issued to the Rent Tribunal, Jodhpur to expedite hearing of the case No.246/2019 (Smt. Kamla Devi Dhoot Vs. Shankar Lal Parihar).
I have considered the arguments advanced before me. In view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, the Rent Tribunal, Jodhpur is directed to dispose of the case No.246/2019 (Smt. Kamla Devi Dhoot Vs. Shankar Lal Parihar) within a period of one year and three months from the date of receiving certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is decided accordingly. Stay application is also decided.
