It is noticed by the Court while hearing on the appeals under

the SC/ST Act relating to bail that several times documents which

are scanned are not uploaded with the matters in the paperless

system and connected appeals are also not tagged in the

paperless system.

Registrar (Judicial) is directed to issue necessary directions

to the concerned officials to upload the scanned documents and

tag the connected file virtually, failing which, this Court will take

appropriate action against concerned officials.

Since, in the present case scanned documents are also not

uploaded, office is directed to upload the same.
