Judgment

22/02/2021

1. This Special Appeal Writ has been filed against the order

dated 04.03.2020 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.21331/2017; Pranav Sharma vs. University of Rajasthan And

Ors., vide which the petition filed by the respondent has been

allowed with the directions to issue mark-sheet and degree of MBA

to the petitioner in a time bound manner.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is

allowed and the delay is condoned. Other defects are also ignored.

(2 of 2) [SAW-609/2020]

3. Having heard learned counsel for the appellant, we find that

the impugned order has been passed after consideration of

peculiar facts of the matter particularly, subsequent developments

taken place due to interim order of the Court and successful

clearance of all the papers of MBA course by the petitioner. Thus

we find no good reason to interfere in the impugned order

particularly when the present order has been passed with a

caution not to treat the same as precedent.

4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
