For the reasons stated in the application (1/2021) seeking

permission of this Court by the petitioners to file this writ petition

against the judgment and decree dated 08.02.2020 passed by the

National Lok Adalat (District Court, Dholpur) in Civil Suit

No.25/2019, Smt. Pushpa Devi Vs. Shyam Sunder & Ors., the

same is allowed. The petitioners are permitted to assail the

judgment and decree dated 08.02.2020 by way of the present writ

petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Issue notice to the respondents. Rule is made returnable by

six weeks. Notices be filed in two sets. One set of notices be sent

through registered post with acknowledgment due. Steps to be

taken within a week.

In the meanwhile, the operation of the judgment and decree

dated 08.02.2020 shall remain stayed qua the properties

purchased by the petitioners vide registered sale deeds dated

26.10.2018, 15.11.2018 and 15.11.2018.
