Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in

similar circumstances notice has been issued by Co-ordinate

Bench at Principal Seat Jodhpur and interim order has been

granted in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 13001/2020.

Let notice be issued to the respondents for 25.02.2021.

In the meanwhile, the application of the petitioner for

recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor pursuant to

Advertisement dated 02.11.2020 may be provisionally accepted

offline. The acceptance of the petitioner's application shall not

create any right in favour of the petitioner.
