Petitioner has filed the petition under Section 439 Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.

92/2018 registered at Police Station Jhotwara, District Jaipur for

offence under Sections 394, 307, 458, 34 Indian Penal Code,

1860.

Heard.

Earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on

merits by this court in view of his criminal antecedents. Petitioner

is involved in fourteen other criminal cases.

Hence, no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner is made

out.

Dismissed.

However, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is in

custody for the last about three years, trial court is directed to

dispose of the trial expeditiously.
