Heard learned counsel for the both the parties.

Learned Family Court Alwar is directed to decide the Divorce

Petition No.760/2018 with the consent of both the parties within a

period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of

this order in the light of judgment reported as 2019(2) WLC

(Raj.) UC 36: Shri Siddarth Motwani Vs. Smt. Aastha

Wadhwa.

However, the petitioner-non-applicant shall be entitled to

receive the demand draft after passing the aforesaid decree by the

learned Family Court and withdrawal of the pending cases in terms

of compromise.

List the matter on 06.04.2021.
