This contempt petition has been pending since 2014. The

order was passed by this Court to consider the representation of

the petitioner and extend the benefit to the petitioner, if it is

covered by judgment or otherwise pass a speaking order as it has

come on record. The respondents have passed a speaking order

on 24.06.2016. It appears that no rejoinder was filed contesting

the order of 24.06.2016. However, in contempt proceedings the

veracity and illegality of an order cannot be examined.

Leaving it open for the petitioner to challenge the order

dated 24.06.2016 in separate proceeding, the contempt

proceedings are closed.
