Order

13/12/2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that controversy

as to equivalence of qualification of three years diploma in

polytechnic civil engineering and diploma in polytechnic civil

draftsman is no more res-integra and stands resolved in view of

the judgment of a co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated

01.12.2016 passed in SBCWP No.16467/2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the writ

petition no.11721/2021, Ashok Kumar Kumawat and Ors. Vs.

State of Rajasthan and Ors., involving identical controversy, Shri

Anil Mehta, learned AAG has already put in appearance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply two

sets of writ petition in the office of Shri Anil Mehta, learned AAG,

during course of the day.

List alongwith SBCWP no.11721/2021 after showing name of

Shri Anil Mehta, AAG in the cause list.
