It has been submitted that the parties have entered into a

compromise. Compromise deed between the petitioner and

complainant/respondent No.2 has been placed on record, which

has been verified by Registrar(Judicial) of this court.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2/complainant submits

that he does not want to further prosecute the matter as the

compromise has been arrived at between the parties and he has

received full and final payment.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties,

the judgments of conviction and sentence dated 13.03.2019 of

trial court and dated 30.01.2020 of appellate court, are quashed

(2 of 2) [CRLR-1145/2020]

and set aside. The accused-petitioner is acquitted of charge under

Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

Office to do the needful.

Revision petition stands disposed of accordingly.

It is further directed that the petitioner is entitled to receive

the amount Rs.1,40,430/- deposited by him in the trial court on

the basis of compromise.
