1. The present Criminal Misc. Petition was filed in the year

2007. A search slip has been issued, but the original file is not

traceable as per office report.

2. As per Office report, neither any application for listing nor for

re-constitution of the file has been filed by either of the counsel.

3. In view of the above, present Criminal Misc. Petition might

have become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, Criminal Misc. Petition is disposed.

5. However, if any party is aggrieved, he shall be free to move

an application for recalling of this order alongwith the application

for reconstitution of the petition and relevant record.

6. Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Court with

direction to proceed with the case, if any, pending in relation to

the Criminal Misc. Petition.
