Judgment / Order

This Court vide order dated 20.09.2021 issued notices to the

respondents and passed ex-parte interim stay order. Although as

per order, notices were required to be filed within a period of one

week positively but it appears that appellants have not filed PF

and notices as yet.

Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to file PF and

notices within a course of day otherwise interim stay order

granted by this Court shall become inoperative.

In case, required PF and notices are filed, same may be

issued, returnable in ten weeks.

Notices be filed in two sets. One set of notice be sent

through registered post and another by way of ordinary course.
