This first appeal is delayed by 547 days, as pointed out by

the office and from the side of the appellants an application under

Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed.

Issue notice to the respondents on the application under

Section 5 of the Limitation Act as also of appeal and stay

application, returnable within six weeks.

Notices be filed in two sets. One set of notice be send

through registered post and another by ordinary course.

In the meanwhile, the appellants are directed to remove the

other defects regarding valuation of appeal and payment of Court

fee.
