dismissed by this Court as not pressed while granting him

liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial court

after recording of statements of Investigating

Officer/Seizure Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not produced

statements of the Investigating Officer or the Seizure

Officer on record.

It appears that statements of the Investigating

Officer or the Seizure Officer have not been recorded

before the trial court.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to

entertain this second bail application and the same is

hereby dismissed.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh bail

application before the trial court after recording of the

statements of the Investigating Officer/Seizure Officer.
