Merta, District Nagaur for confirmation of the death penalty

awarded to the respondent after trial and conclusion in Sessions

Case No.91/2021 vide judgment dated 21.10.2021.

Shri R.S. Choudhary, Advocate, appears on behalf of the

respondent-accused Dinesh Kumar. His name shall henceforth be

shown in the cause list.
