against the present petitioners.

In view of the factual report received, learned counsel for the

petitioners does not want to press these misc. petitions at this

stage, however, seeks liberty to take appropriate steps before the

trial court.

Accordingly, the misc. petitions are dismissed as not pressed

with liberty as aforesaid.
