Heard the learned counsel for the parties on the
application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same
is allowed. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in
In Re Cognizance For Extension of Limitation vs. XXX,
Miscellaneous Application No. 665/2021 in SMW(C) No.3/2020,
while allowing the application filed under Section 5 of the
Limitation Act, delay in filing the revision petition is condoned.
At the request of the learned counsel for the parties,
the matter is referred to Mediation and Conciliation Center of this
Court at Jodhpur.
