Mr. Gani, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in

identical matter, being SBCWP No.4998/2021, this Court has

granted interim order while issuing notices.

Hence, issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also,

returnable within six weeks.

Meanwhile, status quo with regard to the property in

question, as it exists today, shall be maintained by both the

parties.
