In the present case, the arguments were heard and

judgment was reserved whereafter the permission has been

sought from this court upon instructions from the petitioner to

(2 of 2) [CW-8538/2021]

withdraw the writ petition as he does not want to press the

petition anymore.

Keeping in view the prayer made in the application and

taking into consideration the overall aspects, I am inclined to allow

this application. The same is allowed.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

All pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
