This Court is of the firm view that under Article 227 of

the Constitution of India such prayers are not acceptable as this

Court would not supervise day to day proceedings of trial courts,

Rent Tribunals, etc. and leave it for the petitioner to move

appropriate application before the concerned court for early

disposal of the case, if required.

Granting liberty aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
