Taking into consideration the nature of dispute and that the

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has floated a scheme for one time

deposit of amount up to Rs.60,000/- for resolving the issues

relating to final debts, issue notice of the writ petition as well as

stay application, returnable within six weeks.

It is directed that if the petitioner deposits a sum of

Rs.1,50,000/- with the Bank within seven days, the intended

auction of the petitioner's property shall remain stayed.
