An application has been moved seeking rectification in part

No.17 of the judgment dated 04.08.2021 passed by this Court

with a prayer that the judgment escapes notice of mentioning the

technical bid for East Block for Godhra-Parasrampura apart from

West Block in District Jhunjhunu.

I have considered the submissions.

Major R.P. Singh appearing for the respondents does not

object to the rectification application. This Court is satisfied that a

typographical error has crept in para No.17 of the said judgment.

Accordingly it is directed that the judgment dated

04.08.2021 shall also apply for the technical bid submitted by the

petitioner namely M/s Ultra Tech Cement Ltd. for East Block for

Godhra-Parasrampura, Tehsil Nawalgarh District Jhunjhunu. The

present order shall be treated as part and parcel of the earlier

judgment dated 04.08.2021 for all intents and purposes.

Application stand disposed of.
