Mr. Godara, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

the petitioner is going to be superannuated on 30.09.2021.

Having regard to the aforesaid, the impugned transfer order

dated 31.12.2020 (Annex.2) qua the petitioner, is hereby quashed

in light of judgment of this Court rendered in the case of Dr.

Pushpa Mehta Vs. RCSAT & Ors. reported in RLW 2000 (1) (Raj)

The writ petition is allowed.

The stay application also stands disposed of.
