Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the

Permanent Lok Adalat, Bhilwara on 31.12.2019 fixed the next date

as 15.02.2020, however, later on the said date was altered from

15.02.2020 to 15.01.2020 in the matter and the matter is decided

ex-parte against the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has shown the certified

copy of the order sheet dated 31.12.2019 and submitted that from

a bare perusal of the said order sheet, it is clear that the next date

i.e. 15.02.2020 is altered as 15.01.2020 by a pen.

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay petition as well.

In the meanwhile, the effect and operation of order dated

15.01.2020 passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat, Bhilwara in Case

No.452/2019 shall remain stayed.
