1. Mr. Dalpat Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits

that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely

covered by the judgment dated 20.01.2020, passed by this Court

(2 of 2) [CW-6767/2021]

in bunch of writ petition led by Dr. Gaurav Sharma & Ors. Vs.

State of Raj. & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16913/2019).

2. Mr. Anupam Gopal Vyas, associate to Mr. A.K. Gaur, AAG is

not in a position to dispute the aforesaid position of facts and law.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed

of with a direction to the respondents to give minimum of the pay

scale to the petitioners without any allowances from the date,

when the petitioners filed the writ petition.

4. The respondents shall pay arrears for such period by

30.11.2021, however, their pay will be matched with minimum of

the pay scale w.e.f. 01.09.2021.

5. Stay petition also stands disposed of accordingly.
