In view of the submissions advanced by counsel representing

the parties and the significant subsequent developments in the

courts below and in view of the order dated 03.09.2020 passed in

First Appeal Nos. 259/2009, 856/2011, the order dated

17.05.2019 is hereby recalled. The execution proceedings shall be

undertaken as per law and keeping in view different judgments

passed in the litigation inter se between the parties.

The application (IA No.1/19) is disposed of accordingly.
