Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
in view of the subsequent developments, he wants to
withdraw this writ petition, however, seeks liberty for the
petitioner to move appropriate application before the trial
court for consolidation of three suits filed on behalf of the
petitioner as well as the private respondents in relation to
the same cause.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has
no objection if the prayer made by learned counsel for
(2 of 2) [CW-5571/2018]
the petitioner for withdrawing the writ petition with the
liberty as aforesaid, is granted.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed
as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move
appropriate application before the trial court for
consolidation of three suits filed on behalf of the
petitioner as well as the private respondents for similar
cause.
It is expected that if any such application is moved
before the trial as aforesaid, the same shall be
considered strictly in accordance with law.
