Judgment

05/08/2021 The instant misc. petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein seeking quashing of FIR No.405/2019 registered at Police Station Jalore.

Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record the IO's factual report as per which, the offences were found proved only against Champalal and Rajudas and a charge-sheet has been filed against them in the competent court. As per this charge-sheet, the IO has not found the offences proved against the petitioner herein. Thus, the misc. petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of. The stay application is also disposed of.
