Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record the factual

report as per which, the case has been found proved only against

Shankarlal S/o Shri Modiram and that the petitioners herein have

not been found involved in the case.

In this view of the matter, the instant application for pre-

arrest bail is disposed of as infructuous with a clarification that in

case at any subsequent stage of investigation, the IO seeks to

arrest the petitioners in this case, they shall be given a prior

notice of ten days.
