A letter dated 26.02.2021 has been received from the

learned Judge, Special Court, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocity

Cases), Jodhpur informing that the accused-appellant did not

appear before the trial court in the month of January, 2018, 2019,

2020 & 2021 for his attendance in compliance of the directions

issued by this Court.

Counsel for the appellant assures this Court that the

appellant shall appear before the trial court for his attendance on

the date as fixed by this Court.

In view of assurance given by the counsel for the appellant,

the appellant is directed to appear before the trial court within a

period of four weeks from today for his attendance.
