     In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being

taken while hearing the matters in Court.

     Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the

judgment of this Court in Neelam Bohra Vs. Child Welfare

                                   Committee (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7355/2019) decided on

                                   20.03.2020.

                                        Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within a period of

                                   four weeks. Notice be given 'dasti' to learned counsel for the

                                   petitioner.

                                        In the meanwhile, further proceedings initiated by the

                                   respondent-Child Welfare Committee, Udaipur as well as the

                                   orders dated 06.11.2020, 30.12.2020, 10.03.2021 & 23.03.2021

                                   shall remain stayed.
