1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

has already furnished representation dated 10.04.2019 with

request to give him joining in light of the judgments of this Court,

yet nothing has been done.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed

of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation

along with photo-stat copy of the relevant judgments and other

documents before the respondent No.3 within a period of two

weeks from today.

3. In case, a representation is so addressed within the aforesaid

period, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the

same in accordance with law; however, in no case later than eight

weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

representation has been issued only with a view to ensure

expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same may not

be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a

particular manner.

5. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
