Learned counsel Mr.Daksh Pareek appears on behalf of
Mr.Sameer Jain, Adv. and submits that the present winding up
petition is liable to be transferred to NCLT in view of provisions
contained in Section 434 of the Companies Act, 2013.

by the Apex Court in the case of Forech India Ltd. Vs.
Edelweiss Assets Reconstruction Co. Ltd in Civil Appeal
No.818/2018 on 22.01.2019.
