Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the

benefits which the petitioner was seeking have already been extended to

him by the respondents but interest is yet to be paid hence, the respondents

may kindly be directed to grant the benefit of interest on the arrears to the

petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case,

the petitioner is entitled for the grant of benefit of interest as per the

judgment of this Court, the same will also be extended to him, if not already

paid, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this

order and in case, the petitioner is not found entitled for the grant of benefit

of interest, appropriate speaking order will be passed by the respondents,

which order will be conveyed to the applicant-petitioner for information

and necessary action.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that

keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent-

State, present review application may kindly be disposed of having been not

pressed any further.

Ordered accordingly.
